In the tranquil setting of The Garden Project, a group gathered for a 9 AM Yoga class on April 14th. Led by Sivananda Yoga Centre, participants engaged in a series of poses meant to refresh their bodies and calm their minds. The class struck a balance between challenging exercises and moments of relaxation, leaving everyone feeling energized and centered by the end. Following the class, participants were treated to a selection of refreshing and healthy breakfast options from Basque.
